Ordered the series "LOST" for my daughter. Arrived a month later.
It was supposed to be new. It had plastic wrap, the kind you blow dry to seal, however the top of the box had a gaping hole. We opened up the box and it was covered with sticky grime, almost like the feeling you get where you fry food in a kitchen and it has dust particles sticking to it. Took out the DVD's, clearly not new.
Scratched, dirty.... I contacted this company, over seas of course and they said they would respond in a day. Its been 3 weeks. Of course I followed up with more emails, to date, nothing.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.. BEWARE!!!!
Monetary Loss: $80.
